Farmhouse Kitchen Refresh

I am beyond excited to share my recent kitchen transformation with you! I wanted to freshen up my space, but didn’t want to break the bank on a complete renovation. After doing some research, I decided to repaint my cabinets and update the hardware for a new look.

I chose Sherwin Williams Snowbound for my cabinet paint which is one of their most popular shades for both cabinetry and walls. It’s not your typical stark white, but has a warm undertone that made my kitchen feel cozy and inviting. I also switched out the old hardware for new champagne bronze pulls and knobs, which gave my cabinets a more modern look. I looked a long time before picking both the paint color (who knew there were so many white paint options) and cabinet hardware but I’m happy with the results:)

To finish off the transformation, I added two stunning handcrafted flush mount lights with opal glass shades above my sink. I purchased the lights from a wonderful craftsman Michael Schley of Lightwork Design Co. They brought in the perfect amount of light and added a touch of elegance to my space. I’m absolutely in love with how everything came together.

Repainting my cabinets and updating the hardware was a cost-effective way to give my farmhouse kitchen a fresh new look. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to give their space a quick and easy refresh.
